Sysslan IT Solutions – Services Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sysslan IT Solutions. The following terms and conditions (“Service Terms”) govern your use of our services. By opting for and using services provided by Sysslan IT Solutions, you agree to abide by these Service Terms.

Service Engagement

The engagement with Sysslan IT Solutions includes, but is not limited to, software development, IT consulting, digital solutions, and other technology-related services as outlined in the agreement.

Scope of Work

The scope of work will be defined in the agreement or proposal provided by Sysslan IT Solutions. Any changes to the scope must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including service fees, billing schedules, and applicable taxes, will be specified in the agreement. Failure to make payments within the agreed-upon timeframe may result in suspension or termination of services.

Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property developed as part of the services provided by Sysslan IT Solutions will belong to the client upon full payment. Sysslan IT Solutions retains the right to use general knowledge, expertise, and experience gained during the engagement.

Confidentiality

Sysslan IT Solutions will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary access, resources, and cooperation required for the successful completion of services. Delays caused by client-side responsibilities may affect project schedules.

Quality Assurance

Sysslan IT Solutions is committed to delivering high-quality services. Clients are encouraged to communicate concerns promptly, and Sysslan IT Solutions will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve them.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement. In case of termination, the client is liable for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

Liability & Indemnity

Sysslan IT Solutions will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Sysslan IT Solutions harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to reach an amicable solution. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the agreement.

Modification of Terms

Sysslan IT Solutions reserves the right to modify these Service Terms. Clients will be informed of any updates, and continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Indian Government Compliance

Sysslan IT Solutions acknowledges its commitment to comply with all applicable Indian government regulations related to business operations, taxation, trade policies, and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This includes adherence to legal, financial, and regulatory obligations.

By opting for and using services provided by Sysslan IT Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Service Terms.
